Requirements

kitchen experience: 3 years
proficiency in CAD software and Sketchup for creating detailed designs
basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to kitchen layouts
excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
ability to effectively sell ideas and upsell products based on client needs and preferences
A keen eye for design aesthetics, coupled with practical knowledge of kitchen functionality
kitchen experience: 1 year
kitchen Design: 3 years
your working hours will be Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday’s 8am-12pm
you’ll be methodical and tenacious in your approach be meticulous in terms of planning
you’ll have great communication skills and be able to talk to a diverse set of individuals
working with homeowners and trades professionals, you will produce accurate designs and quotes in a professional and timely manner to really understand their project and create their dream kitchen
you don't need previous industry experience, we are looking for transferable skills, a passion to go above and beyond for our customers, a thirst for chasing a sales and providing a first class service
building a strong network of customers around you to ensure you meet sales targets, you will also work closely with the external and internal stakeholders regarding customer requirements
not all customers come into the branch, so you will regularly visit our customers’ homes or building sites, where you will draw up inspirational designs on CAD and present them to the customers
safety is at the forefront of everything we do, so your aim will be to ensure that our colleagues and customers leave the Showroom safely, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures
you’ll have a friendly and outgoing personality, with the drive and energy to succeed, being a strong self starter you will also enjoy working collaboratively with your colleagues
strong organisational skills to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike
familiarity with design software such as Fusion 2020 is essential

Responsibility

you will be provided with brochures, samples, plans, pricing spreadsheets ect
stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative design techniques
collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of the design plan
meeting with customers, preparing and designing project briefs and quotations
conduct surveys at client’s homes to provide detailed drawings and specifications
potentially work with fitting teams and project manage installations
place and track orders, and deliveries, and address day-to-day queries
help develop our online presence alongside our marketing team
providing World Class Customer Service to all our clients over the phone and in person at our showroom must be able to close sales and overcome customer objections
demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with employees, customers, peers and management high level of quality work, attendance and appearance
develop meaningful and ongoing relationships with our customers with excellent after-sales service
support the adoption and delivery of a World Class Customer Service approach. Additional responsibilities assigned by management related to your position
engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring products are displayed effectively and inventory is managed efficiently
communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers

stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
