Responsibility


  • you will be provided with brochures, samples, plans, pricing spreadsheets ect
  • meeting with customers, preparing and designing project briefs and quotations
  • conduct surveys at client’s homes to provide detailed drawings and specifications
  • potentially work with fitting teams and project manage installations
  • place and track orders, and deliveries, and address day-to-day queries
  • help develop our online presence alongside our marketing team
  • providing World Class Customer Service to all our clients over the phone and in person at our showroom must be able to close sales and overcome customer objections
  • demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with employees, customers, peers and management high level of quality work, attendance and appearance
  • develop meaningful and ongoing relationships with our customers with excellent after-sales service
  • support the adoption and delivery of a World Class Customer Service approach. Additional responsibilities assigned by management related to your position
  • providing World Class Customer Service to all our clients over the phone and in person at our showrooms
  • meeting with customers, and preparing and designing project briefs and quotations
  • design and formulate inspiring Kitchens with clear specifications and excellent attention to detail

  • develop meaningful and ongoing relationships with our clients with excellent after sales service
  • reach out to enquiries across all platforms
  • day-to-day use of CRM system to log in sales
