we are seeking a talented Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen & bathroom designs for our clients
increase sales and profitable growth in line with Company targets
exceed set sales targets and objectives in line to achieve the sales plan
produce designs in line with the customers requirements and budget
ability to up-sell
overcome any potential objections
visit customers homes as and when required
work effectively within a time
place orders with suppliers
book fitters in line with the delivery and ensuring all components have been checked
assist with any after sales elements
to listen and understand the customers’ requirements and oversee the design concept through to installation
meet and great customers
collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their kitchen or bathroom design
go through kitchen, bathroom, tile and flooring options with customers
create detailed kitchen or bathroom layouts and designs using CAD software such as articad and sketchup
create kitchen and bathroom CAD designs for customers with their selected choices
present design concepts to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
liaise with the installation manager with completed projects
provide product recommendations and pricing information
