Responsibility


  • first class account management service for our key customers
  • nurture customers within the account base to ensure a continued robust pipeline of opportunities
  • CRM management - Forecasting and Delivery of daily, monthly and annual retention, pipeline and revenue targets
  • achieving CSAT and NPS targets
  • be able to maximize each customers potential spend through Account Development planning, relationship building and data analysis
  • identify potential referrals, and the decision makers within the client organization
  • ability to follow defined sales, cancellation, and administrative processes
  • maintain a close relationship with key account contacts providing regular and accurate reporting information
  • introduce new products, references, and new product technology
  • manage Customer pricing
  • manage key accounts with energy consumption above approximately 30GWh
  • offering full-service support to high profile, Industrial & Commercial clients
  • create annual targets around revenue, client retention, sales support and other KPIs
  • maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and Brokers/Third Party Intermediaries
  • client liaison, feeding back solutions to meet their energy and sustainability management needs
  • maintain communication with key contacts whilst developing new opportunities
  • oversee and coordinate complex tenders from enquiry to deal acceptance
  • attending regular business meetings, focus on upselling services to client base, client retention
  • ensure client commercial agreements are negotiated and renewed ahead of expiry date
