Requirements

3 years experience in equivalent setting
flexible working, travel to support multiple sites/offices
experience of working in a Service Desk environment
windows Server
either an understanding of Azure or the desire to gain reaining into Azure
finding Faults and repairing computers and laptops
1st line support for end users, hardware, software for both onsite and remote employees
onfiguring computers with Microsoft Windows & Office systems
understanding of networking, Firewalls

they are looking to hire an IT Support Technician to work within the UK division of the business
the role of IT Support Technician will lead and manage all day-to-day IT 2nd and 3rd line support activities for Schools
first line support for users both in person and via support channels. Resolve or escalate issues
hardware setup and configuration, patching and upgrades
support audio-visual / conference room equipment and printers
