Responsibility

assisting in the detection and resolution of general IT hardware/software/network/infrastructure issues
assisting the IT Team and 3rd party providers with small-scale IT project tasks as directed by the Head of IT or the Senior IT and Operations Officer
responsible for ensuring incidents and requests are escalated to the appropriate teams in a timely manner
