  • strong experience with SQL - ability to run queries
  • excellent communication skills
  • excellent agile experience
  • X-Ray testing experience would be beneficial
  • strong business analyst experience within Wealth, Asset or Investment management
  • regulatory change experience - Ideally Consumer Duty

Responsibility


  • collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable insights
  • analyze and model data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI
  • conduct data quality assessments and develop strategies for data cleansing and normalization
  • contribute to the development of investment strategies for European Real Estate markets
  • support deal activity in financial modelling of potential deals, designing and maintaining underwriting models, ensuring output accuracy
  • assist in analysing, structuring, negotiating, and recommending new deals
  • assist in the production of internal investment memoranda for submission to senior investment staff
  • support transaction execution workstreams, including due diligence, underwriting and legal documentation
  • support asset management activities relating to existing investments
  • assist with asset management of direct assets, JV and fund investments through active management of investments to maximize value creation
  • produce timely and accurate reporting to control functions and senior management
