Requirements


  • sales: 1 year
  • successfully managed an internal sales team
  • ability to demonstrate skills and experience in coaching, development, and resource management
  • previous experience in or exposure to a call centre would be ideal - a team leader ready to step up
  • the successful candidate should have an excellent track record in sales and have previous experience within an Internal Sales role
  • experience within the Weighing Industry would be beneficial, however not necessary as there is on the job guidance
  • previous experience working with CRM Systems and in-depth knowledge of Sales Admin processes are highly beneficial

Responsibility


  • 40 hours per week

  • you will also work with professionals within multiple departments to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
  • utilising the CRM system to run reports and deliver figures to the leadership team
  • implementing new strategies to improve Business Development and Inside Sales processes
  • managing performance appraisal processes and KPI/target discussions
  • additionally you’ll have the opportunity to implement new strategies to improve our Business Development and Inside Sales processes
  • liaising with other teams and Business Units to ensure alignment across the sales cycle
  • assisting with recruitment processes
  • the Internal Sales Manager will bring energy, focus and expertise to the role to inspire and act as a leader to their team members
  • supporting from an internal sales point of view sales activity including: customer calls and emails, monitoring quotation activity, support of sales managers worldwide in their efforts of selling, lead generation including liaising and support with marketing
  • the main function of the role is to provide accurate and timely sales information including sales enquiries, product specifications, price data, performance metrics, sales progress updates, sales meeting minutes utilising Company CRM systems and liaising with technical/commercial and business support staff across our global operations, satisfying the requirements of all customers both internal and external
  • weekly reporting on and analysing data relating to the KPI for the team to raise service levels
  • ensuring the sales consultants are achieving performance targets whilst delivering high standards of customer care
  • provide guidance and coaching to the sales team to drive overall performance and maintain good team morale
  • develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of internal and external parties
  • regularly review skills levels within the team and, where necessary, organise and implement training to fill gaps in competence
  • reporting to the Head of Sales
