  • experience managing a sales team, ideally in a SAAS business
  • experience as a previous BDR or working within the BDR function at a high-growth company
  • an organized, self-motivated leader with proven ability to manage teams

  • 5 years experience providing administrative support and coordination of sales processes

  • an enthusiastic, effective communicator who can build strong relationships
  • A proactive nature, with strong organisational and time management skills

Responsibility


  • the Internal Sales Manager will be accountable of a team of 8-12 Sales Development Reps
  • managing the recruitment onboarding, and building a team of top-performing Sales Development Reps
  • coaching, supporting, and training the team in sales methodologies to improve qualification processes
  • working with team and wider business to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales pitches
  • inspiring, leading and creating a positive and high-performance culture and sales environment
  • setting and tracking sales targets and KPI’s
  • conducting 1-2-1 sessions with your sales team for development and coaching
  • coordinating sales projects to meet deadlines
  • sales analysis, reports and MI
  • driving the culture XMA wants, from within the team
  • analysis on customer feedback to drive customer engagement / new features and products
  • driving the culture our client wants, from within the team
  • management an overseeing of the Inside AM team, providing coaching, and mentoring to drive performance
