Responsibility

  • balance sheet reconciliations and P&L accounts
  • prepare detailed weekly cashflow forecasts
  • prepare Payroll Journals and Reports
  • you will be responsible for the day to day management accounts, whilst working alongside an expert finance team
  • 3-6 month contract position
  • 3-6 month contract position, temp to perm

  • this is a 6 month contract
  • working for a Charity near Milton Keynes
  • hybrid working
  • 2 days per month in Aylesbury Office
  • based in North Bristol
  • assist the Head of Finance with month end and year-end processing
  • produce the monthly membership report for Executive and Deputy Executive Director
  • produce Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • assist with preparation of UK and Overseas VAT returns on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • production of management information to aid the Budget building process and collation process
  • preparation of Management Board and Council reports
  • act as business partner with Heads of Departments
