Requirements

  • monmouth NP25 5RW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
  • construction: 2 years
  • previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

Responsibility

  • we carry out all aspects of building and property maintenance works
  • plastering and Tiling experience required, basic carpentry ideal too
  • as a multi skilled labourer, you will be required to undertake a variety of tasks with the majority of our renovations being within a domestic environment
  • clearing hydro demolition spoil on site, general labouring, clearing up debris from the hydro demolition and ensuring site is kept clean and tidy
  • site Cleaning: Ensure the worksite is clean, organized, and free from hazards. Regularly remove debris and dispose of waste appropriately
  • gardening: Carry out basic gardening tasks, including weeding, trimming, and general upkeep of outdoor areas
  • carrying Equipment: Transport and organize building materials and equipment on-site, ensuring they are readily available for use by the team
  • assisting Tradespeople: Provide support to tilers, painters, and other skilled workers. This includes preparing materials, mixing, holding tools, and following instructions to assist in completing tasks efficiently
