gateman/Woman required in Southampton
we need an experienced Gateman/Woman for a large project in the Southampton area
experience is required and you will need to be reliable and willing to be on site Monday to Friday every week
you need to following
full PPE
welcoming and directing visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel upon arrival at the construction site
2 working references
monitoring site access points and ensuring that only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the premises
as a Gateman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and safety of the site, controlling access, and directing vehicles and personnel
maintaining accurate records of site entry and exit, keeping track of personnel and vehicles on-site
assisting with the implementation of health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance at all times
other gateman duties as requested
you will be solely responsible for the muck away lorries coming on to and leaving site all day. You will be dealing with all the tickets, logging them correctly and keeping records accordingly
direct vehicles to designated areas within the site
manage traffic flow efficiently to prevent congestion and ensure safety
communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel to coordinate vehicle movements
ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times
