Requirements

transferable Financial Services experience - Mortgage Adviser, Paraplanner, IFA Admin etc - is very preferable
have the necessary qualifications for the role already have Diploma Status and actively working towards Chartered
3 years experience as a Financial Adviser
A relevant approved qualification
mortgage experience, fully CeMap qualified
fully qualified advisor
A level 4 Diploma is preferable, but they will also consider candidates who have started their exams
A high level of confidence, with sales and presentational skills
an entrepreneurial approach
detailed knowledge of FCA and the firm’s record-keeping requirements
A desire to become a Financial Adviser
preferably experience as an adviser but would consider someone looking for progression from a previous role
excellent organisational & communication skills
suitable interpersonal skills and telephone manner
level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
good multitasking skills

high income potential with uncapped commission. You can expect earnings between £100,000 to £200,000 per annum. Our client is not unknown to have Financial Advisers earning up to £400,000 a year

working with the sizeable paraplanning and administration team to deliver timely reports and
check that you meet the criteria for the role
apply with a CV that is clear, concise and correct
tailor your CV to highlight your experience and relevant achievements to the position
maintaining and improving existing client relationships
initiating, building, and developing new business relationships
delivering a first-class client service experience
maintaining technical and planning competence, undertaking training as necessary
agreeing and monitoring personal business and development targets with line management
contacting potential clients to establish and develop long term business relationships
regularly reviewing client circumstances to provide appropriate financial stewardship and maintain flexible financial solutions, to include cash flow modelling
recording sufficient information to enable full holistic analysis of the clients’ planning needs
constructing appropriate strategic solutions to the principles of best advice, using FCA approved products and services
