Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience working with Finance Systems with a minimum of 2 years with Workday Finance
experience in administering, configuring, and optimizing ERP finance systems
familiarity with finance systems project methodologies and processes
solid understanding of financial systems and the associated finance/business workflows
proficiency in conducting both functional and technical testing
strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

Responsibility

collaborate with a newly formed team focused on configuring and optimizing the Workday Finance system across the organization
manage the daily operations of the Workday system, providing support to finance users
develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations
administer and ensure the proper maintenance of the Workday Finance module
support the implementation of configuration changes, evaluate new system features, and assist with their deployment
provide both technical and functional support for finance and business processes facilitated by Workday
work closely with IT and Finance teams to understand their requirements and address challenges effectively
create and deliver documentation to promote the successful adoption of system updates
participate in or lead projects related to enhancements or rollouts of Workday Finance
monitor and resolve issues at the integration level to ensure system performance
perform both functional and technical tests to guarantee system efficiency and accuracy
co-ordinating and managing MI for all loans
using the portal to identify when loans are up for renewal
obtaining various types of information from Lending Managers and clients in relation to reports, title, credit etc
logging information onto the system to ensure it is up to date at all times
excellent understanding of SAP ECC
understanding of complex Finance business processes and rules
an understanding of project management planning techniques
excellent facilitation, analytical, communication and project skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
strong influencing and negotiation skills
