Responsibility


  • co-ordinating and managing MI for all loans
  • using the portal to identify when loans are up for renewal
  • obtaining various types of information from Lending Managers and clients in relation to reports, title, credit etc
  • logging information onto the system to ensure it is up to date at all times
  • excellent understanding of SAP ECC
  • understanding of complex Finance business processes and rules
  • an understanding of project management planning techniques
  • excellent facilitation, analytical, communication and project skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • experience in developing and maintaining effective relationships with staff, stakeholders and partners including third-party suppliers
  • excellent understanding of software and application testing methodologies
  • strong operational awareness
  • requirements gathering
  • skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, decision-making in relation to systems and/or processes
  • excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with wide and disparate user base across the organization and at all levels
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording all transactions, receipts and payments
  • design operational and internal control procedures for the business unit
  • closely monitor the implementation, identify any inefficiencies and provide solutions for continuous improvement
