the role of Field Engineer will principally be to conduct and facilitate installations for the Project as well as assisting other various high profile areas of the business, working on that or associated tasks
understanding and knowledge of CT Policing including MPS, National and international responsibilities; including a clear understanding of CT Policing relationships to Government, security and intelligence agencies and legislative process including their governance arrangements
the role holder will be required to report directly to the Implementation Manager and ensure that the project deliverables are successfully applied against the scope, timeframes and budget aligned with the Business Case
printer Installations, troubleshooting, support and maintenance
an advanced understanding of CCTV, Access Control , AV, intruder alarms, networked IT systems, routers, switches and servers
proven experience working within a telecommunication company
being influential, confident, and motivated with clear communications with the Support Desk
knowledge of Link-16, VMF, SADL, SAT-J and/or JREAP
USAF Flight Line Experience AND experience working on a complex SIGINT system
experience with operating; ARC-210, SADL, MIDS JTRS
experience with operating Military radios or communications systems and general radio knowledge
must be willing and able to travel up to 75% and multi-month overseas deployments

provide comprehensive training on machine usage
efficiently driving to customer locations
efficiently manage equipment delivery and logistics
accurate and timely job reporting, with a focus on response times and call closures
uphold the highest level of customer service
management of car stock and utilization of IT equipment for issue resolution
experience with Canon, Richo and Konica Minolta products preferable
