experience in the installation of, Stock Fencing, Post & Rail & Electric fencing preferred
possess a good understanding of onsite health and safety, CSCS certification would be beneficial
confident in using IT, including a tablet based diary and digital worksheets
hours are Monday - Friday 08.00-17.00 and every third Saturday
ability to work independently or as part of a team

use both mechanical and hand tools
ensure high standards of quality and safety in all installations
travel and stay away from home as required
lead and motivate a small on-site team on fencing installation and gate fitting projects
interpret plans, measure accurately, and ensure fence installations meet high standards
liaise professionally with clients, delivering excellent customer service on-site
solve on-site challenges and keep fencing projects running smoothly and efficiently
maintain strict health and safety practices at all times
train and develop team members to uphold workmanship standards in domestic fencing and commercial fencing
represent Green Leaves Fencing & Gates in a professional and friendly manner at all times
