Requirements


  • prior experience in an agency, or directly with Sprinklr as an organisations
  • senior individual, with excellent communication skills with stakeholders to a senior level

  • 2 years' + hands on Sprinklr experience
  • 5 years' + listening sphere point of view
  • 8 years' + social media experience
  • must have at least 5 years PM experience. Ideally within change management
  • must have experience working with technology/ delivering a digital product/solution ideally within financial services
  • must be confident talking to senior stakeholders and pushing for resolution/completion of issues/queries
  • must ideally be able to start immediately after background checks have completed
  • project Manager with website development and implementation experience
  • capable of leading multi-skilled team
  • experience of managing development of customer facing web-based transactional forms
  • proven End-to-End IT Project Management expertise within a large, complex organisation
  • must have Digital Payments experience
  • experience of coordinating work across project workstreams
  • commercial exposure to working on Digital or Transformation / Modernisation related projects
  • ideally from a Private Banking/Wealth Management Background
  • embedding Business and Technology change
  • able to engage at technical and business levels

  • role: Digital Project Manager - Solution Owner - Social & Search
  • rate: £72 per hour
  • client: FTSE 100, FMCG leader
  • location: London - can be flexible 1 day per week in the office, or ad-hoc meetings
  • A senior-level, Digital Project Manager and Solution Owner to join the global Digital & Tech function for a major, FTSE 100, FMCG leader. This role will focus on social, particularly their main solution Sprinklr
  • duration: 12 months
  • this role will involved driving vendors and partners to deliver, collaborating closely with vendors, partners and global business teams on this high-profile project
  • liaise with internal and external departments understanding all the existing activity that is happening across wider government, to ensure that we learn lessons, make continuous improvements and leverage joining up where possible
  • developing and maintaining project documents to a high standard ensuring the use of appropriate project management techniques and disciplines
  • progressing actions highlighted in the project plan, within the time limits agreed
  • work collaboratively and build professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, to ensure actions are progressed
  • provide regular updates to senior managers on progress, risks and issues, putting in place plans and actions to address these
  • monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities and risks for the organisation
  • develop and track against project plans/roadmaps, managing all interdependencies
  • clear financial tracking and reporting
  • clear communication plans and delivery
  • agile deployment within the programme
