Responsibility


  • writing high quality digital content for clients across multiple channels
  • must have finance experience
  • plan, write and edit SEO content for websites
  • content research including interviews and desk-based research
  • optimise existing copy to bring it to life for clients, engage customers and improve search ranking
  • create link building content working with media and publications to place content
  • social media post creation and account management
  • work with the wider team to brainstorm and plan content marketing and social campaigns
  • researching and understanding client brands, highlighting opportunities for exposure through content
  • lead the development of an email copy and content playbook with a focus on partner engagement
  • lead the creation process of email templates and modules to deliver a consistent, high quality partner experience
  • contribute to the development of strategic content proposals taking into account
  • engage, educate and train internal stakeholders on email copy and content guidelines, driving partner engagement and satisfaction
  • use data & partner insights to explore further evolving copy segmentation based on different needs of our accommodation partners
  • drive continuous learnings through experimentation and a hypothesis driven way of working
  • ensure application of our main engagement principles on a day-to-day basis for all partner-facing emails
  • meet high copy standards & expectations, ensuring assets connect with overarching content strategy
  • with a key focus within the Consumer Duty project, specifically, reviewing and remediating customer letters and other types of communications
