Responsibility


  • calculating intercompany recharges within the Funds Group
  • submission of key documents and reports on a quarterly basis to HMRC
  • reconcile and report on UK and Ireland inventory for both external and internal stakeholders
  • deliver analysis on inventory position and key changes, provide management insight to aid decision making
  • manage provisions and liaise with logistics on any goods-in-transit on a monthly basis
  • partner Logistics managers on all inventory issues/matters
  • ensure adequate controls and procedures are in place to maximise integrity of all taxation submissions listed above
  • control and monitoring of Postponed VAT Accounting process to ensure compliance and adherence to procedures
  • conduct regular reviews with the Credit Controller to support with top customer accounts, large value invoices and any aged debt
  • oversee the preparation of UK & Ireland VAT returns, intrastat, plastic packaging tax and payment practices. Review and submission of the aforementioned items
  • review and approval of all fixed asset additions and disposals
  • liaising with Auditors on site as required. Coordinate and manage their time
  • reconcile CRM data with accounting & product system
  • integrate CRM and finance system
  • collaborating with the rest of the finance function to improve financial efficiency
  • accurately determine the MRR and ARR for each of the company's clients and reconcile ASF report from NetSuite
  • set-up systems to ensure ongoing co-operation between the CRM, Accounting function, and the companies bank accounts
