Responsibility

assisting in achieving client retention targets by providing an excellent level of service
liaising with client directors
attending client meetings
the role empowers the handler to take ownership and build relationships with clients as well as decision making
undertaking market research to establish the most competitive terms available
obtaining renewal terms and presenting to clients
producing and issuing professional summaries and reports
issuing renewal documentation
handling client queries via email or via the telephone
+ Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and databases
+ Follow procedures to ensure effective scheme management
+ Handle day-to-day queries from clients and insurers
+ Manage claims, liaising with all parties to achieve the best outcomes for clients
+ Develop knowledge of a full suite of commercial products and employee benefits
+ Build strong relationships with insurers
+ Present client solutions to market
+ Advise clients on their insurance needs, ensuring all recommendations are aligned with their demands
handling renewals and mid-term adjustments
deal with new enquiries, renewals and MTA’s
