Responsibility

assisting in achieving client retention targets by providing an excellent level of service
liaising with client directors
attending client meetings
the role empowers the handler to take ownership and build relationships with clients as well as decision making
undertaking market research to establish the most competitive terms available
obtaining renewal terms and presenting to clients
producing and issuing professional summaries and reports
issuing renewal documentation
handling client queries via email or via the telephone
handling renewals and mid-term adjustments
deal with new enquiries, renewals and MTA’s
handle renewals and mid-term adjustments when necessary
dealing with renewals and mid-term adjustments
supporting the MD with securing new commercial clients and maintaining their support and insurance through to the client’s renewal
looking after a book of existing commercial, corporate and UHNW clients
deal with new business enquiries, renewals and MTA’s
support the account executives within the team
deal with renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business when necessary
working alongside the Account Executives, assisting with new business enquires
maintain solid relationships with insurers, clients and colleagues
