Responsibility


  • check Client record is set up in the broking system, preparing approval forms where necessary
  • provide guidance to less experienced members of the North America Special Risks Account Handlers team
  • attend binder and Facultative meetings on a regular basis and client and underwriter meetings as and when required
  • liaising with Brokers, Underwriters, Coverholders and Agents
  • monitor and maintain Atlas for the annual compliance of Third Party Coverholders
  • prepare Profit Commission calculations
  • maintain accurate customer records in accordance with company requirements and data protection rules

  • in terms of salary, they are offering between £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

My client tells me that they are looking for a candidate with the best client relationship management skills, someone with cross class technical commercial insurance knowledge (Property, Casualty, Liability).
