in-depth expertise in the world of communications agencies

at least 5 years in a Business Development / Account Manager role

Responsibility

establish yourself as a trusted advisor and sounding board to organisations clients
deliver the clients service to agencies, helping them manage their client relationships and establishing/maintaining our status as valued and indispensable partner
provide ad hoc advice to agencies as requested, balancing client service with commercial needs of business
contribute to new projects and product development
contribute to the business’ new business efforts by obtaining referrals, soliciting business, and actively following up opportunities in all sectors of the communications industry
nurturing, advancing and managing relationships within a dedicated region to grow and add value your customer base
prospect new business in to FS clients using a proactive new business approach
drive incremental revenue from the region
delivering events to recruit, educate and grow the customer base
develop strong relationships at all levels, identifying key decision makers and influencers
take full accountability for defined targeted customers, using metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers of performance
collaborate closely with other team members
key measures of success are, new customer growth and revenue growth
