  • in-depth expertise in the world of communications agencies

  • strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to achieve targets
  • previous experience of managing key relationships within major outsourced contracts and have a genuine understanding of Government structures and operations with the Home Office / Central Governments departments
  • working knowledge and understanding of diversity and inclusion, community engagement and cultural awareness

Responsibility


  • establish yourself as a trusted advisor and sounding board to organisations clients
  • deliver the clients service to agencies, helping them manage their client relationships and establishing/maintaining our status as valued and indispensable partner
  • provide ad hoc advice to agencies as requested, balancing client service with commercial needs of business
  • contribute to new projects and product development
  • contribute to the business’ new business efforts by obtaining referrals, soliciting business, and actively following up opportunities in all sectors of the communications industry
  • nurturing, advancing and managing relationships within a dedicated region to grow and add value your customer base
  • prospect new business in to FS clients using a proactive new business approach
  • drive incremental revenue from the region
  • delivering events to recruit, educate and grow the customer base
  • develop strong relationships at all levels, identifying key decision makers and influencers
  • take full accountability for defined targeted customers, using metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers of performance
  • collaborate closely with other team members
  • key measures of success are, new customer growth and revenue growth
