Requirements
- ideally qualified by apprenticeship in pipefitting
- SMSTS card or SSSTS
- NVQ level 3 Heating & ventilation or similar
- minimum 3 years' experience working as a Contracts Manager or similar within a construction background
- high level of knowledge in commercial and contractual issues in a project environment
- you will be required to travel between our office in Bristol and sites predominantly in London
- proven ability to manage complex projects, determined by budget, technical variance and managed by third parties
- proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager with a track record of successfully delivering multi-million-pound projects is essential
