- we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Services Director to lead our customer service department and drive excellence in customer support
- this role will be on a hybrid contract – our office is based in Sunderland but travel across our dealership locations in the UK will be required
- approve all GDPR breach/complaints, general insurance, and finance final responses, to include finance commission and Regdata entries
- ensure all GDPR complaints and breaches are recorded on One Trust are investigated accordingly in conjunction with HR, Legal department, and senior management
