your role is critical in ensuring the alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives while delivering exceptional customer experiences
develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and target audience segments
collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and senior management to ensure seamless campaign execution and results tracking
lead the development and optimisation of the company's digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
location: Head office, Stoke-on-Trent with travel across all sites
as the Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across all dealerships
hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets
Requirements
bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
proven experience and excellent knowledge of working in the motor trade
knowledge and understanding of a senior marketing management role with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
proficiency in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing ideas
familiarity with customer relationship management tools and customer segmentation strategies
