- hours: 37.5 per week - Monday to Friday any shift from 6am to 6pm

- to challenge all costs in line with Supplier Repairing Dealer agreements

- hours: Saturday and Sunday 09:00am – 17:00pm minimum of 15 hours

- to ensure the Customer is informed of work progress with regards to scheduled and unscheduled vehicle maintenance
- carryout breakdown maintenance/repair work
- to identify and resolve any issues with appropriate suppliers in-line with Guidelines set out within the RDA
- challenge all Suppliers at all times to ensure vehicle downtime is kept to an absolute minimum and costs are updated as soon as possible

Requirements
- knowledge of repair times and parts cost
