Responsibility
- working in teams of 2, you will predominantly travel between 2 sites and work from from pre-agreed job schedules
- this is for ongoing roles working on a self employed basis
- fortress Maintenance are seeking experienced Fencing & Grounds Maintenance Operatives for ongoing contract works working within a 25 mile radius of Sleaford
- we are contracted to housing sites at locations in Lincolnshire to maintain grounds and erect/repair fencing to properties that are either occupied or are undergoing renovation works
- whilst a large part of the work includes grass cutting, edging, pruning, weeding and other general gardening tasks, the role also includes installing new fencing such as rail & slat and paneled, along with securing posts and gravel boards
Requirements
- experience in all aspects of grounds maintenance
- experience in fencing
- be punctual, professional and responsible at all times
- have good customer service skills
- be able to provide references for similar jobs
- grounds Maintenance & Fencing: 3 years
