organisation - You will need to keep on top of your to do list and regularly plan your day, communicating regular updates to your mentor and other team members where necessary

communication & Relationship Building - You will be liaising with wide ranging candidates as well as internal staff such as experienced Consultants, Management and our amazing team of Administrators

Responsibility
supporting Consultants with recruitment tasks including CV searching via job boards, in-house systems and LinkedIn
publishing appropriate adverts for a wide variety of different vacancies
running searches and completing Mail-outs to alert candidates of new job postings
assisting in the co-ordination of interviews and emailing confirmations to candidates
registering new and existing candidates and accurately recording information onto the database
