  • create job descriptions and online adverts, posting to a variety of platforms
  • manage applications and candidate communication
  • advise hiring managers with recruitment best practice when required
  • organise interview schedules/days in conjunction with the relevant members of SLT and assist with interviews and shortlisting if required
  • to ensure gaps in employees previous service are justifiable and completed in a timely manner prior to interview
  • produce employment documentation for successful candidates
  • ensure that new starters receive an induction and health and safety tour in liaison with the relevant member of SLT
