Responsibility
- carry out Property visits - to carry out monthly inspections, reporting any repairs or maintenance issues
- ensuring all properties are in good order and to a good standard
- uploading all inspections and information on to our systems
- logging any repairs or maintenance required on our systems
- ensure we are compliant with legislation and relevant compliance certificates
- monitor contracted communal cleans and cleaning company standards
- to help deliver a first-class experience for our landlords, tenants and local councils when handling the day-to-day operations and regular safety certificate and compliance checks
