Responsibility
- proactively contacting our customer base via phone to upsell, cross sell and manage all opportunities whilst ensuring an excellent customer journey
- support maintaining the full sales pipeline from enquiry to order whilst achieving monthly KPIs
- maintain and update the customer database on the CRM system
- collaborating with the Marketing Department to ensure the customer base has full access to all marketing collateral
- provide cover to geographical areas of the Internal Sales Executives when required
- communicating and feeding back opportunity to the Internal sales team to drive consistent increase in sales
