- main Duties & Responsibilities
- dandara Living is the specialist build to rent division which was founded in 2016 of The Dandara Group which was founded in 1988 on the Isle of Man
- administration of Contracts, agreements, licenses and specifications and compliance for all stakeholders
- our Build to Rent division has just secured more success winning the prestigious What House Gold Award for best BtR development in the UK
- monitor the project to ensure compliance with the Project Execution Plan
- liaison with and reporting updates to Building Management Companies, Freeholders and Leaseholders
- the Client Liaison and Contracts Manager will provide a lead and support function to deliver the enhancement of critical life safety systems to our portfolio of previously completed developments
