Responsibility
- develop and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with challenging behaviour
- implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- collaborate with other educators, support staff, and external professionals to create individualised behaviour plans
- regularly assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- provide a safe and supportive space for students to express and regulate their emotions
- foster positive relationships with students, parents, and guardians to promote a collaborative approach to behaviour support
Contract type
- pay Rate: £180 - £280 /day
