Responsibility
- provide commissioning, service, repairs and after-sales support to Chess products and systems both in house and on customer site
- fault-find and troubleshoot systems, often on-board ships, to establish fault and repair as required
- assist with associated technical documentation related to work carried out
- support the Sales team in demos and trials for customers as necessary
- provide technical support and advice to internal and external customers
- preparation of risk assessments and SSOW’s for installation/commissioning activities
Requirements
- due to the nature of our business, our staff need to be able to obtain UK Security Clearance as a mandated requirement
- therefore, if successful, you will need to provide proof of identity, employment history and right to work in the UK, along with proof of UK residency for at least five years
