Requirements
- degree educated
- experience using CRM systems, preferably Property based CRM
- wordpress proficiency
- adobe suite a plus
- strong organisational skills, able to priorities workload to meet deadlines
- natural flair for attention to detail and able to deliver and manage quality marketing campaigns
- experience using email and automation platforms
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibility
- planning, managing and executing a variety of property marketing and new business campaigns across residential property services
- management of individual office marketing budgets
- building email campaigns and automation programmes across a number of different platforms
- working with external suppliers to drive results for individual lines of business including PR and Property Portals
- providing support to the sales team for email campaigns where needed
- using CRM and other platforms to build and collate reports and analyse campaign data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- write, edit and proofread content within marketing campaigns
- maintain regular measurements of the ROI of campaigns
