- to undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job
- person-Centred Approach: Centralize individual service users, employing person-centred methodologies
- accountable for the day-to-day management and administration of the home and ensure the safety of service users in accordance with statutory regulations, policies and procedures of the company
- consent – The service user must give their consent before any care or treatment is provided to the service user
Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in Healthcare and Social Care Management or equivalent
- QCF 5 or equivalent is mandatory. Registered Nurse as required by the company’s registration requirements

- valid driving license
- to be a registered manager responsible for implementing and maintaining regulated activities as laid down in the The Health and Social Care Act 2008 Regulations 2014
