- crown Care Group are an established Operator and Developer of Care Homes for the elderly, with a strong reputation for delivering luxurious surroundings, facilities, in purpose built, high quality, design led care homes; and which are CQC highly rated
- buckingham House located in Penistone, Sheffield, is a 72 bed Registered Care Home and provides an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter term care
Requirements
- as a Chef; you will possess at least 1 years work experience in a similar environment
- preferably care home experience or as chef within schools or working within hotel industry
- the successful candidate will
- accurately follow instructions in a timely manner
- demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems
- qualifications minimum NVQ Level 2 in catering ideally working towards level 3, experience in working within Care Homes Schools and Hotels/Guest Houses
- have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
