- supporting arrangements of Member Representative Meetings, booking meetings, compiling agendas, action logs
- support with Communications: Assist in the collation of information/articles for pension newsletters and assist with the arrangement of any pensions seminars
- open and redirect the post for the Trustee Pensions team
- completing Data Subject Access Request: Collating and responding to DSARS within the legislative timescales
