- working knowledge of SQL-based DBMS, preferably MySql and MSSQL
- IP networking and common network protocols
- voIP protocols, at least SIP v.2
Responsibility
- overall responsibility for VoIP and SMS traffic quality parameters
- liaise with other members of the technical team on on-going and perspective projects, advise and provide assistance as required
- liaise with suppliers and service providers on interconnection/quality problems, comply with their ticketing and escalation systems
