- source candidates through various sources
- the ideal candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge in the industry and be able to work both independently and collaboratively
- interview candidates to determine their qualifications using our on-boarding process to screen for best hiring practices
- the goal is to find, hire, and retain the best talent so that we can grow our business
- maintain a comprehensive list of available candidates
- develop and update job descriptions according to changing job requirements and employee growth needs
- conduct interviews, conduct reference checks, assess candidates’ abilities and motivations etc
