Responsibility
- manage and maintain a set of change controls, policies and procedures designed to manage the risk of change to production services
- build and capture metrics to produce service level reporting and provide insightful data into the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes
- identify and escalate above appetite risks to the deployment of production changes and releases
- gathering and use of other relevant intelligence to support the validation and challenge of risk assessments and operation of controls
- ensure all Changes impact assessed so that the risks are fully understood and accepted
- promote and develop awareness and buy-in to the change process its aims T
- provide process input and governance the Change, Release & Transition Management lifecycle
- use metrics, feedback, lessons learned and current industry best practice to continuously improve and evolve the effectiveness and efficiency of policies and process
Requirements
- you must be an individual with strong technical risk expertise and an excellent understanding of operational risk management in a financial services environment with experience of operating R&CSAs and KRIs
- you must be able to uphold the relevant regulatory standards and rules and be able to communicate effectively across differing levels of seniority
