Responsibility

- manage budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are utilized effectively while maintaining the highest standards of care
- you care & we care support services is seeking a full-time Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of a community hub center
- oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home and ensure the delivery of high-quality care services in line with CQC standards and company policies
- the Care Manager will work closely with the Director and other members of the team to ensure that the facility is running smoothly and that all policies, procedures, and goals are met
Requirements
- level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience within a care home setting
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes
- excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
