  • ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard, meeting all statutory and other legal standards, performance standards, good practice and guidance
  • manager using discretion and initiative within the remit of their post. The post holder will work in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • communicate effectively, taking responsibility for addressing any issues, concerns or difficulties as soon as they arise

Requirements

  • must have a good general education to National 4 or 5 grade and willingness and commitment to work towards achieving the apprenticeship qualification
