- as a Customer Service Advisor, you will resolve inbound and outbound customer queries, offering solutions and building long-term, robust customer relationships
- the role will be responsible for managing and assisting a range of customer queries via telephone and email
- to ensure KPI for incoming calls is reached
- to call and maintain a diary of customers to call each week and process their orders
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to tailor communication to a variety of audiences
Requirements
- excellent telephone manner
- experience of dealing with customers
- experience of problem solving
- previous experience working in a customer service call centre or phone-based role
- computer skills, able to pick up new systems quickly
- always demonstrates professionalism
