Responsibility
- EXCELLENT Part Time opportunity for an experienced Social Media Executive to join a well-established Charity in Harrogate
- answer the telephone and liaise with staff, clients and other agencies to assist in the delivery of services
- welcome visitors to the building
- distribute the mail to the correct recipient where applicable
- order and maintain stocks of relevant stationery and forms with the agreement of your line manager
- maintain and update accident and incident spreadsheet
- first point of contact for calls into the organisation ensuring they are passed to the appropriate department and to take clear detailed messages
- design, create and print promotional documents i.e. posters, leaflets, flyers
Requirements
- minimum of 1 years’ experience in a social media role
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- excellent written communication skills
- good knowledge of Social Media Platforms desired
- confident telephone manner
- attention to detail
- creative in your approach
- social media marketing: 1 year
