  • optimisation on the lead time of processing parcels for delivery
  • to manage and oversee all compliance, legal and company requirements
  • undertake all actions required to ensure the hub runs smoothly and safely for all teammates
  • to recruit, guide, educate and manage all hub and courier teams within designated hub
  • collation, preparation and delivery of data to wider organisation and stakeholders
  • ensure that all couriers and team undertake required training
  • management of all hub/hubs
