position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Generalist bookkeep and office Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team
the ideal candidate should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
document Management: Create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
office Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and resolving any facility-related issues
correspondence: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism
reception Duties: Greet and direct visitors, handle incoming calls, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to handling phone calls, emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars
Requirements
proven Experience: 1 year experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory
