Requirements
- proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during operations
- proficient in using restaurant management software for inventory tracking and scheduling
- supervising experience: 1 year
