- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- collaborate with the kitchen to coordinate food and beverage service
- organize and oversee special events or promotions held at the bar
Requirements
- previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a Restaurant or food production setting
- strong knowledge of beer, wine and beverage service
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- proven ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively
- supervising experience: 2 years
- restaurant management: 2 years
