Responsibility
- work With Us
- to provide prioritised 1st line helpdesk support for hardware and software across the Foundation
- diagnose and resolve network, software, and hardware faults
- escalate faults to the Senior IT Technician if necessary
- provide training and advice as required across the Foundation to all staff and pupils
- to assist in the monitoring of system performance
- maintain, configure, and manage all aspects of the organisations backup routines in accordance with the rele- vant ICT policies and procedures

Requirements
- willingness and ability to be flexible and open to change
- ability to relate to staff, students, parents/carers and governors
- demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude
- relevant IT qualification or equivalent IT experience
- good communication and inter-personal skills
- good interpersonal skills including tact and sensitivity
- basic IT Skills
- able to simplify technical jargon
