Responsibility
- complete the required administrative functions i.e. diary logs, key logs etc
- to be fully aware of fire procedures as well as Health & Safety standards as required/directed by law
- liaising with the Managing Agents on any difficulties or problems arising and immediately reporting to the Managing Agents all acts of vandalism, break-ins or attempted break-ins
- general housekeeping duties
- report defective equipment and hazards to the Managing Agents
- to ensure that all Concierge Building Management departments practices and standards are maintained to the highest levels at all times
- to monitor and record details of all visitors to the building
- always maintain appropriate professional standards
