Responsibility
- reporting to the Director of Accounts, the Account Manager is responsible for managing one of our most important client accounts
- the Keyholding Company holds a unique place in the security industry, combining over two decades experience of traditional keyholding and alarm response services with a tech-driven, innovative ethos and ambitious plans to diversify
- we are growing rapidly and are seeking a motivated, passionate and customer focused Account Manager to oversee the service management of our Key clients
- you will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the clients needs, work within the company to ensure requirements are being met and help the client succeed
- you will work closely with our internal departments, service partners and clients in order to fully understand their specific requirements and needs, in order to provide an optimum competitive product to new and existing clients looking for guarding services
- plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly meetings with your client
- employees may be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, per the needs of the Company
- anticipate key account changes and improvements
